Return Policy
All products purchased on www.poshte.net can be returned within the 5 days of the delivery
date. To be eligible for a return, your item/s must be returned in new and unused condition, in
the original boxes and with invoice. Orders placed beyond 5 days are not eligible for refunds,
but can be either replaced or fixed under the terms and conditions of the warranty of that
product
In order to claim a refund for the product please email your request along with the order
number to care@poshte.net
After receiving the product our testing team will verify, approve and process the refund.
Refund method
- After receiving the product, we will inspect it.
- We will communicate the status of your refund after the inspection.
- After approval, we will initiate a refund to your original method of payment
- If the payment method at the time of purchase is credit card / debit card / wallet or net
- banking the total price of the product will be returned to the same mode of payment.
- We will refund the amount within 7 working days to the original method of payment
Cancellation Policy
We usually ship all our orders within 3-4 days upon receiving the order. You can contact us
to cancel the order till the time it is not dispatched. Once we dispatch your order you will
receive an email on your registered email ID. Poshte’ reserves the right to cancel any order
without any explanation for doing so, as per the circumstances where the requirement could
not be met. The company will ensure that any communication of cancellation of an order or
any applicable refund will be made in reasonable- time.
Your order will be cancelled instantly and refund will be processed within 3 to 4 working
days in your original payment method.
