Exchange Policy
Overview
At Poshte’, we make sure that your product is Quality checked before it reaches you on
time.
You need to keep the following things in mind before placing an Exchange request.
- We have a 7-day exchange policy in case of wrong product sent/ defective product sent.
- To be eligible for an exchange, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
- Exchanges are not accepted in case the products are of standard quality but not to your personal liking in terms of taste and colour.
- Returned items received will be checked by the quality assurance team. If your exchange request is accepted after our inspection, we’ll send you instructions on how and where to send your package.
- Items sent back to us without first requesting an exchange request, will not be accepted and sent back on to-pay mode.

- All such returns expenses will have to be borne by the customer. We, at Poshte’ bear the expenses of the item that will be sent as an exchange from our end.
- We have made every effort to display as accurately as possible the colours of our products that appear on our Website. However, as computer monitors vary, we cannot guarantee that your monitor’s display of any colour will be completely accurate.
